There are so many style movements crammed into the last century and most are a reflection of the desire by the creative community to move ever further away from Victorian stuffiness.
The 20th Century arrived with the already established Art Nouveau/Mackintosh/Arts and Crafts movements in the vanguard of design innovation. These disciplines melded into the more streamlined Art Deco movement of the 1920s which in itself begot the machine age and ever more simple and ergonomic design styles until late on in the 1980s and 1990s when these styles became the basis for the 21st Century's digital, international ability to generate "pop-up" styles at will.
Most of the clocks on sale here date from the 1920s to the 1990s. If you are a serious collector of mechanical clocks we will have something for you. If winding a clock regularly isn't your thing, we have vintage clocks for sale that have been converted to non-wind, or can be converted, but this is done using the original hands and as sensitively as possible.
